Can I use Tika on my phone?

Yes! Tika works perfectly on your mobile browser, and it’s optimized for both Android and iOS.

Buying Tickets & Attending Events

Do I need an account to buy tickets?

No, you can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track your tickets easily.

How do I buy a ticket?

Find the event you want, select your ticket type, and follow the payment instructions.

How will I receive my ticket after payment?

Your ticket will be sent to your email instantly after payment. You can also download it from your Tika profile.

Can I buy tickets for other people?

Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets and send them to friends via their email addresses.

I didn’t get my ticket email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, log in to your Tika account to download it or contact support.

Hosting & Managing Your Event

How do I create an event on Tika?

Sign up as an organizer, log in, click “Create Event”, fill in your event details, and publish.

Can I host free events?

Yes. Tika supports both free and paid events.

How do I manage my event?

Your event dashboard lets you edit details, check ticket sales, and see attendee lists.

When will I get paid for my ticket sales?

Payouts are sent to your bank account based on your selected payout schedule.

Can I edit my event after publishing?

Yes, go to your event dashboard, select your event, and click “Edit” to update details.

How do I see who bought tickets for my event?

You can download your attendee list anytime from your dashboard.

Can I cancel an event?

Yes, but make sure to notify attendees and process refunds if needed.
