Event Organisers acknowledge and agree that, in relation to personal data of Participants collected through events hosted on the Platform, the Event Organiser acts as an independent Data Controller. Tika processes such personal data solely for the purpose of providing the Services and does not determine the purposes for which Event Organisers process Participants’ personal data. Event Organisers are solely responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in relation to their use of Participants’ personal data, including providing appropriate privacy notices and handling any data subject requests.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy and through a pop-up notification on the Site. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site. You are required to ensure that the information you provide to us is complete, accurate and up to date.

Tika operates as a technology platform that facilitates event listings, registrations, and payments. Tika does not organise, host, control, or supervise events listed on the Platform and does not determine how Event Organisers use Participants’ personal data beyond providing the Services.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws.

Personal Data
